All orders are final once they have been processed through the checkout. Unfortunately, no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.

Please ensure all details on your order are correct before confirming your checkout. In particular, we recommend double-checking your email address, delivery address and the acceptance, and accuracy, of promotional codes.

Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours.

All MONACOVITA orders are hand picked and packed with love from our European warehouses. We cannot offer overnight delivery, however, do pride ourselves on offering express service on all online orders.

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been despatched you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number.

Within Europe: Delivery is between 1-3 business days and is fully traceable once shipped.

Outside Europe: Delivery is between 5-7 business days and is fully traceable once shipped.

We have warehouses at several locations witthin Europe. To be more specific, our sunglasses and watches are stored in the warehouse in Germany. Our most luxury brands such as D&G, Gucci, Versace, Jimmy Choo, and a few other brands are stored in Sweden, while most of the other Italian brands are stored in our warehouses in Italy.

As our warehouses are located in Europe, Items for delivery outside of Europe may have to be cleared through customs. Some countries charge a duty or tax on imported parcels over a certain value. If your order exceeds this amount, you may be asked to pay a duty fee to receive your order.

Please contact your local Customs office for more information on charges for your country prior to purchasing and to better understand the threshold in your country.

Please note; we do not cover import liabilities that are applied by the government of the destination country. MONACOVITA will not be held liable or responsible for custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply. We do not have control over these fees and cannot estimate how much these will be as they vary widely per country and per order value. MONACOVITA is not responsible for notifying customers that their item(s) are awaiting the payment of customs duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

In the event that you refuse to pay these fees, your parcel may be destroyed and a replacement or refund cannot be offered.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, We offer a 14-day return policy, counting from the day the parcel was received. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.
