We offer a 14-day return policy, counting from the day the parcel was received. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact. You can create a return here or email us at contact@monacovita.com to initiate the return process.

Returns that are shipped back and received after the 14-day policy will be rejected and shipped back to the original dispatch address.

The cost of return shipments is the responsibility of the customer and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number.

Duties and Taxes are non-refundable as they are required for import by the Governmental body of your country and we do not collect or handle these fees.

Please note: 

    1. Due to long delivery times, we DO NOT accept returns from any local Postal Service.
    2. All returns need to be shipped back to the warehouse location the items originated from with UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
    3. Returns should always be shipped back with an active tracking number. 
    4. Returns fees are covered by the customer. In the case of a damaged and defective shipment, please notify us using the contact form or email us immediately at contact@monacovita.com to initiate the return process. We highly recommend attaching pictures of the damage or defect.
    5. Returns are issued in the form of a reversal of charge to the original payment method used at checkout or store credit for the purchase amount (including applicable taxes). 
    6. All returns must be in the perfect original condition as the original shipment, along with any original attachments such as tags, boxes, or dustbags. We have the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn or washed and with a used scent.
